The statement "I build software" often elicits the question "so, you are in programming?" - a fair response perhaps given the prevalence of the word programmer in the job market but really lacking in terms of describing the modern challenges of the profession. It is akin to asking a doctor if he or she prescribes recipies for a living.

Technology is all around us today and we frequently find ourselves amazed by its advances. To me building software is about solving problems with the help of technology. It takes a range of activities to do that - programming being one of them, and getting it right is surprisingly challenging, hard work.

I am a software developer. You can learn more about me on my Summary page or you can also check my Blog.
